Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. To be eligible to enter, consumers must purchase any new or used vehicle from McGrath Sutherland (Holden, HSV, Volkswagen, Nissan, Mazda) within the promotional period (one entry per vehicle purchased). The vehicle must also be delivered within the promotion period. To enter, customers must complete the entry form, available at the dealership and place in the barrel.
3. Car must be delivered by 31st August 2009.
4. Registered Australian companies, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets, and their agencies associated with this promotion and fleet and government purchasers are ineligible to enter.
5. The Promotion commences on 1st July 2009. Entries close 6pm EST on 31st August 2009.
6. The prize is $20,000 paid in one lump sum in the form of Company cheque or EFT
7. The draw will take place on 7th September 2009, 499 Princes Hwy, Sutherland, NSW 2232 at 10am EST.
8. Winners will be notified by phone and their names will be published in The Australian on the 12th September 2009. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
10. The Promoter will courier the prize to address stated on entry form.
11. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
